  • Journal or blank paper for written activities
  • Blank paper for art/craft
  • Pencil case (pencils, markers, scissors, glue)
  • Water bottle
  • And wear comfortable clothes

Our goals for these wellness workshops

  • Promote mental and physical well-being for your family
  • Learn about mindfulness and do the fun exercises together with your child
  • Practice practical tools that you can repeat at home with your child
  • Creating a common language to talk about emotions, reactions, and feelings with your child
  • Create connections between parents and their kids, to share ideas and have conversations

About Amber

Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Amber has worked for over ten years as an international primary school teacher. Seeing an increased need for well-being in school communities, Amber founded her own wellness company and created a series of books, The Mindful Dino Crew, to help teach mindfulness, yoga, and life skills to children. She works with schools in Hong Kong as an author and wellness educator, facilitating online and in-person workshops for students, teachers, and parents. Amber has hosted several online programs for students including ESF’s 5 Ways of Well-being and Winter Warm-up program for families in quarantine.
